The training was available online, which is perfect for us.
The training was very informative and enjoyable. I really liked the aspect that we spoke through every detail; in the previous years I experienced many times that information's on the slides had been read out loud and without discussion the trainer jumped to the next slide. Here we had a thorough in-detail learning/refreshing course with real life experiences. The other issue from earlier experiences when the training turns into Q&A sessions throughout the training, where the trainers ask the questions not sharing the information first, so this could cause difficulties with time management and with learning, especially for people on the dawn of their new carrier. Thank you for the very good experience!

I loved that lecturer was well prepared and spoke with good pace, explaining everything. Jo had good sounding voice, which allowed me to focus.

Really good presentation and presenter, with excellent knowledge, able to share experiences and relate them to the training, The only thing I think would improve the experience is it being face to face and able to practice. Excellent knowledge and referencing to up to date policies and guidance. obviously has a wealth of experience so able to answer questions and relate to practice

Jo was fantastic, really great & even as a mum, I learnt alot, especially regarding seizure management. The training was a very positive experience, and Jo shared alot of information with the team. A PA who attended the same training last year with a different training provider, found the training so valuable that she commented to the mum, “ wow, I learnt so much”.
The team said that the training was Fun, Interactive and engaging and didn’t feel like any previous training they had experienced.

Jo has been amazing in delivering the Personal Assistant training. She made the training fun, engaging, and easy to follow. The clinical training was informative and practical, and the hands on session was especially helpful in improving the Personal Assistants’ understanding of my daughters’ care needs and requirements.

The training with Jo on 21 May, was on site and my pa’s benefited greatly.
It was all about me and Jo told them a lot they didn’t realise about how my conditions affect me.
It was a very useful training session all round they were impressed with the information and the delivery of it.

Jo was lovely, she was understanding and put me at ease. It’s always difficult to talk about A’s needs and the reality of how complex that is. But it was lovely to speak to someone who understood.
